Ezekiel 11:19-20 KJV [19] And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: [20] That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.  God says he will give us an undivided heart and he will replace it with a new spirit, and then I understood; my heart isn’t fully committed to him. Psalms 51:10 has been imprinted on my heart, Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. I would be that person in line for a heart transplant, my heart is damaged and hardened. My thoughts control my well-being rather than a mind that should be consumed with his goodness. God states in this verse that he will remove my heart of stone and give me a heart of flesh.
