Contentment Psalm 17:15

"As for me, I Shall Behold your face and righteousness; I will be satisfied with your likeness when I awake."

We tend to live our lives and the pleasure of the world, and our minds are trained to act in the flesh. If we want to be righteous we should not try to obtain the ways of the wicked but instead pursue God's word and his way. After observing the messages surrounding I find that it is impossible to completely be satisfied with God's likeness, it will be a task to try and amount to his righteousness. Everyday is a struggle and I'll wake up joyful but still on the worldly Spectrum; I will be satisfied with God's plan for me but it will be a daily battle of fully surrendering myself to him. We will stumble, we'really only made in His image, we were made perfect but during the time of Adam and Eve they gave into temptation, God knowing this was going to happen wanted to give us the freedom of free will. He sent his son so that we are forgiven and made new. We are here to be disciples and to make a difference and to live by his word. I will be satisfied in him always but I can't amount to his likeness I practice walking in his word and as a daily reminder when I have days that I'm completely falling down on my knees I will remember his love for me and return to this scripture.
